Shipping policy

Orders placed before 8:30 AM are usually shipped out from our warehouse on the same day on all working days (Mon-Fri).

Those placed later or on a Saturday or on Public holidays are processed and shipped out on the next working day.

Once shipped out from our warehouse, deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location.

If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.

Do check your e-mail spam folder in case you can't find the e-mail from us.
